By accessing or using the LS Connect platform ("Platform") at LSConnect.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

LS Connect SMS Program

By opting in to the LS Connect messaging program, you consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from LS Connect, including account notifications, service updates, and transactional messages related to your use of the Platform.

  • Program Name: LS Connect

  • Program Description: LS Connect sends SMS and MMS messages to opted-in users for account notifications, service updates, verification codes, and transactional communications related to the Platform.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. You may receive multiple messages per week.

  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you receive messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you may opt in again through the Platform.

  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@lsconnect.com.

  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Payments

Certain features of the Platform may require payment. All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We use IDScan.net, a third-party identity verification service, to verify your age and identity. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your identification information by IDScan.net in accordance with their privacy policy and terms of service.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

  • Use automated systems to access the Platform without our written consent

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to LS Connect. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LS Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
